Climbing in Squamish has been the keystone of Charlie’s life for more than a decade. He has made experiencing the best and most aesthetic lines of Squamish his priority, and thereby become infatuated with the process of progression within the realms of Trad, Sport and Bouldering.
Charlie is also a full time yoga instructor and personal trainer. He specializes in biomechanics, helping people become physically more efficient, or to reduce/resolve injuries and pain.
His interest in the complexities of training and progression led him to route setting in Squamish for a number of years, coaching clients interested in training for their goals, and hosting Top Rope groups outdoors. He loves the outdoors, travelling and biting into a savage project.
